About ASA LAW FIRM
ASA Law Firm is a Cairo-based, full-service practice serving international and domestic clients across Egypt, built on the strength of three partners — two Egyptian and one Kuwaiti. Our Egyptian partners built their careers as officials within Egypt’s judicial and law enforcement authorities — one as a former Vice President of the Administrative Authority, the other as a former Deputy Minister of Interior following a career in senior police leadership — giving the firm a first-hand understanding of Egyptian law not only as it is written, but as it is actually applied and enforced.
Our Kuwaiti partner is also the founding partner of Alsaeed Ahmed Alsaeed, our affiliated firm in Kuwait, and brings his own market experience as a practicing lawyer handling complex regional transactions, giving ASA a direct, integrated connection across the Gulf. Backed by an experienced team of lawyers well versed in complex domestic and international transactions, we deliver counsel in Egypt first, and across the Gulf when our clients need us to follow.
Our story
Our two Egyptian partners spent their careers inside the institutions that shape how Egyptian law is actually applied — one as a former Vice President of the Administrative Authority, the other as a former Deputy Minister of Interior, with a career built in senior police leadership. That combination of judicial and law enforcement experience gives ASA Law Firm a vantage point most firms lack: a working understanding of the law not only as a written text, but as it is actually interpreted, applied, and enforced — brought to every matter from both a legal and a business perspective, so the advice we give reflects how a matter is genuinely likely to unfold.
Our third partner is Kuwaiti, and also the founding partner of Alsaeed Ahmed Alsaeed, our affiliated firm in Kuwait — a relationship built on shared leadership, not referral. His own standing as a practicing lawyer with deep experience in complex regional transactions complements our Egyptian partners’ regulatory insight, and that direct link lets us extend our full range of services across the Gulf, particularly in company incorporation and market-entry matters.
